    06 - Feedback

    You will have the possibility of providing feedback on each completed case. It is not mandatory and you can give it any time you want.

    It is based a simple like/dislike system, and you will also be able to write some custom feedback.

    Remember: bad feedback still counts as feedback, so don't shy away from telling us what we did wrong. We are sure to improve!

    02 - Start a New Case

    Go to your Clever TP Dashboard and click on Add New Case.

    You will be presented with a very intuitive form which will provide us with all the required information in order to start working on your case - Patient name, Spark Case ID and the estimated complexity of the case, translated into a Clever Treatment plan.

    That's the only information we require! Pretty simple, right?

    03 - Payment & Invoice

    Once you double check all your case information, you will be redirected to a payment page where you will be able to pay using your credit card.

    We use Stripe as our payment processor, so you can be sure that all payments are secure, easy and convenient.
    Stripe also takes care of storing all your Clever TP invoices in one place so you don't ever accidentally lose any of them.

    04 - Working on the Case

    Upon receiving the case, our team initiates the delivery process immediately. The duration of the delivery process is designed to be efficient and time-sensitive. We have set a maximum delivery timeline of 14 days to ensure that you receive the completed treatment plan as quickly as possible.

    You can at all times track the status of your case through our web app. We provide regular updates and notifications, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of the case.

    05 - Case Completed

    When we complete your case, we will provide a detailed report about the treatment plan and all necessary explanations about it.

    If you agree with the treatment plan then you simply approve it, if not please let our Clever Expert know what else would you change.
    We will help you with any concerns regarding the treatment plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the steps for submitting a new case?

1. Create an account on our platform. and go to your Dashboard
2. Click the New Case button and provide all the necessary information required for us to process your case
3. Make the necessary payment
4. That's it! We will take care of the rest.

How can I create an account

In order to create an account, you need to navigate to our Sign Up page. There, you will be be presented with a 4 steps process in which you will enter your basic details like name, email phone number etc.

One important aspect to registration is that we require you to electronically sign a document which allows us to access a small portion of your data in the Spark Clear Align System. This document is required so we can adhere to GDPR and other privacy requirements.

I have created my account and uploaded my case. What should I do next?

After you have uploaded your case, our technicians will analyze your request and you will receive a confirmation email regarding your case. After that, we will start working on your case, and it may take up to 14 days to finish the design of your treatment plan.

Why should I select the case type?

You have to select the case type because we offer different pricing options, depending on the complexity of the case.

I received an email regarding my case that says you consider the case type to be different. Why?

Our team consists of experienced orthodontists who analyze each case with responsibility. We assure you that we strive to provide the best advice to achieve optimal results in your aligner treatment.

What happens if I selected an incorrect case type?

Each case type has a complexity associated to it. The bigger the complexity, the more time we invest in the design of that case.


If an incorrect case type is chosen by you, we will let you know what type should that case be and we kindly ask you to pay the difference in price

What are the prices for the packages?

Do I need to use a specific platform for aligners with your services?

We currently only work with Spark Aligners.

How long do I have to wait for the treatment to be ready?

We work diligently on every case, and it can take up to 14 days to complete a case.

If I want all my cases to be treated automatically by Clever, what should I do?

At the moment, due to the nature of our business, we require you to manually register your Spark case in our platform so we can start working on it.

Can you provide an invoice for every case?

Yes, we will provide you with an invoice for each case.
